Fame Training Academy was established to deliver our unique customer service programme the “Fame 5-star Way” which focus on what it takes for a corporate receptionist to become a company ambassador and to deliver a memorable “5 star hotel style” visitor experience.

 

Every Fame receptionist is a graduate of our in-house training programme. Our courses combines both the academic and practical aspects of our services in a fashionable way, whilst providing our people with the philosophy, theory and principles of customer service values. We also provide Image & Grooming service

 

We provide pre-course assessment and post – course follow up, We can also arrange for a third party mystery shopper reports to be undertaken, so that we can monitor on how effective our training has been.
